Cons
The job is not very straightforward, a lot depends on the coordination and the project one is working on. As the requirement management is quite poor, the target testing coverage is up to the decision of the test engineer basically, you can invest plenty of energy to do it well, but requirements do not oblige you to do so, it is up to your conscience actually. Some negative experience with employees not feeling responsible for the common work result but pointing at others' mistakes. It is difficult to maintain team spirit if a company is so huge as Bosch. Management is partially surprisingly young, they are friendly, but some of them do not invest enough time to get insight into what their people are actually working on, what difficulties they are facing day by day. Diversity is a value of Bosch as an employer, but employees often do not share the same level of tolerance.
