very good learning, exposure to the latest technologies. Good company to work for longer durations.
Cons
process for every small thing (make things so complicated), most of the people dont know the policies and procedures (people joined long back so they forget things). Average age of employees is high. in short term (2-3 years) above things are burden, in long terms (3+ years) people get use to it and become part of system. Very Low salary
