There appears to be a lack of clear structure and boundaries, which can create discomfort and uncertainty for new hires. First impressions matter, and the onboarding experience did not reflect a well-organized or thoughtfully managed environment.
Based on my brief time there, the culture did not align with expectations of professionalism, discretion, and leadership maturity typically expected in an agency setting.
