Yuck, yuck and more yuck - Account Executive Riverbed Technology Employee Review

Clueless senior leadership. CEO manages by fear. Does not empower managers or staff. Secretive with what is going on with the parent company. Negatively calls out entire teams during Town Hall calls and his only words of wisdom are 'Sell More'. Ridiculous GTM Sales strategy, over engineered, highly complex, which customers do not get, hence why they have so few tier one large enterprise customers. Company misses quarterly sales targets which launches the parent company into action in the form of making more cuts. Absolutely bare minimum benefits and extremely onerous contract terms of employment. Insanely political, toxic environment. There is no work/life balance.
