Coworkers who care about patients and their families, daily sense of purpose, food provided for lunch frequently, received both a raise and performance bonus, no issues with management or any coworkers, feel appreciated for my time/work

Medical insurance is a little pricey, some long days/hours, occasional Saturday for training

The management has everything done fairly and in an efficient way. I could not ask for a better or more helpful boss. The environment is relaxed but at the same time there is always something to do! I enjoy the many benefits we are exposed to such as pizza on Friday's, holiday parties, carry-ins, refreshments daily etc.

The only substantial downside to working at the surgery center is the attitude of some of the other employees. They choose to make things difficult for themselves and look at most situations with a negative connotation.
