Applied on Indeed, was contacted via email, brought in for 2 interviews, was sent for a drug screening, was offered the position within 1-2 weeks. Had to fill out a paper application, which took around 30 minutes before my interview. Application asked about my past experience and schooling. Had to provide 2 phone references.
I applied in-person. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at River Pointe Surgery Center (Elkhart, IN) in Jul 2018
Interview
I walked in the lobby of RPSC and the Human Resources Manager welcomed me within minutes. It was very friendly and professional. We sat in her office and discussed possible opportunities for me and how River Pointe could benefit me. I was not nervous or uncomfortable AT ALL during the interview. The questions were not incredibly personal or inappropriate in any way.
