Pros

They are a large company witha good benefit package. Wages are good.

Cons

Micro Managed by people who have no clue how to do their jobs! Salaried Management forced to work 60-70 hours a week with no compensation or appreciation. Just retaliation because they can do what they want to you with no consequences.
