Pros
The overall environment is serious however quite friendly as well, this allows empoloyees to work in great sinergy and confront your superiors/collegues easily without stressful discussions. The environment and employee also gives you the opportunity to manage your workload in the best way that fits you and also the needs of the company.
Cons
Considering the high number of brands present in the group there is not much sinergy between them. Sharing some information could be beneficial for both employees and the company. There are many procedures that slows the reaction time of the company and does not allow in some cases to be as fast as possibile missing some oppurtunities.
