- Lack of good leadership skills in a subset of mid/senior-level management, particularly in some areas of IT. - Sometimes it can still get a bit too political - This is not the place for you if you want a confortable 9 to 5 (golden-cage style) job - Retribution could be faster-paced - You need to be in Switzerland for most uper-management global roles and functions.
