Pros

Very nice salary and mentorship opportunities. That's it

Cons

Your success in the program is SOLELY based on your managers opinion of you. In my case, my manager happened to be in another country for the first month-and-a-half of my rotation leaving me completely in the dark. He actually never even told me he was leaving, I learned from another coworker instead. During his absence I was left with very vague descriptions of the projects I was supposed to work on them. From my very first day of my rotation my manager made it very apparent he did not like me, when he was actually in the office, he would walk past my desk every morning and say hi to everyone on my team except for myself. Whenever I would ask for feedback on my performance, it was always "you're doing fine" instead of telling me ways I can perform. (I do not like playing the race card, but I have strong reasoning to think my boss was a racist.) I had received my job offer in November of 2022, started the position in August of 2023, what Reynolds failed to mention during this time is you have the chance to be let go from your position halfway thru. I was only told we would be "evaluated" 6 months but was never told that you could be let go after your first rotation. Well now I am stuck in this garbage city with a lease that has 6 months remaining. If you are a global graduate considering joining this company, the large paycheck is not worth 6 months of pressure not knowing if you will still have a job. I promise you

Pros

Great compensation package, some very nice, decent people, but counterbalanced by some complete lunatics

Cons

Extremely political and toxic environment, massive lack of diversity and especially now that they don't "need" to do it anymore, you can see true colors coming out. Advancement and performance is dependent on who you know. No meaningful feedback on how to improve and what actually needs to be done. A tendency to love bright shiny objects and pretty presentation decks, but no real meaningful strategy. And they do not seem to even know themselves what they want, which makes delivering at a high level very challenging. Current CEO is doing a good job I think but he has no idea of the layers of toxicity underneath. I also get a sense that current results are being propped up by people who are on the verge of retirement and will never find another job outside the industry - therefore trying to maximise the most they can out of the next few years with no view to what will happen 5 or 10 years down the road.
