Pros
Company car, benefits, 401k, vacation (if you can hit all your numbers so you can have time to use it), teammates.
Cons
Literally everything lately. Constant nagging, micromanaging, zero recognition for a job well done. Any goal you are given, you can expect that to quadruple if you want to stay off of a list. Work day is 8-5 (which they'll remind you about EVERY chance they get) with zero time built in to do anything other than be in stores. This is not a sales/marketing job. This is a do EXACTLY as I say and exceed these numbers job. It's also not a job where you can benefit off of stellar performance because they try incredibly hard to make sure you don't get an outstanding rating during their oh-so-secret Panel discussions that then take an additional 3 months to communicate.
