Pros
The environment is very positive. The people who work here make coming to work everyday easy. Love the re-branding of the company and the Private Label products. Small company...you aren't just a number. Lots of exposure to upper management.

Vendors don't take us seriously Limited growth opportunities Leadership and strategy is always changing Constantly doing re-work and working backwards instead of implementing something and going forward
