Employee discount plan and medical plan aren't bad Can be flexible hours if you get a good manager
Cons
Expected to do the work of five people for crap pay Constant new policies that don't work in busy pharmacy Constant quotas to meet (don't tell me they're not quotas) Pay sucks Management and staff turn over more than a damn pancake Just overall bad environment
