Cons
Working here was the worst experience of my professional life. This company embodies every nightmare scenario you could imagine in a workplace. Here's why you should steer clear: Pitiful Wages for Herculean Efforts: Despite expecting an expert level of work across numerous fields, the compensation is an insult to your skills and experience. Legal Harassment & Manipulation: When you leave, they bombard you with baseless legal notices as a tactic of intimidation. Forced Multi-Role Management: They overload you with multiple job roles without offering any incentive or reward. Soul-Crushing Micro-Management: You're monitored constantly, treated like a slave with demands for 24/7/365 availability. Shutting Down Employee Voices: There's a culture of silencing any employee ideas or input, making you feel small and unheard. Disregard for Structure and Order: Management disregards hierarchy and chains of command, creating a chaotic and disorganized workplace. Pay Deductions for Minor Errors: They deduct your pay for even the smallest mistakes, penalizing you for honest errors. Exploitation for Management Gain: Your hard work and reputation are exploited for management’s benefit, not yours. Gratuitous Overtime Without Reward: You're expected to work extra hours without compensation, treating you like an enslaved drone. Lack of Critical Support: Projects fail due to a lack of proper support, leaving you stranded with impossible demands. Stingy and Insulting Raises: After overworking yourself, you might get a meager raise, capped at 10% as per their "policy." Complete Disregard for Personal Life: Company Z expects you to be on call at all times, completely neglecting your work-life balance. In summary, This is a toxic cesspool that will drain you of your energy and sanity. My advice is to run as far away as possible.
