      Pros

      - I’ve been with the company for three years, and I absolutely love the people I work with. The team is incredibly supportive, collaborative, and genuinely amazing. - The work environment is positive, and I always feel appreciated for my efforts. My managers and colleagues are great at recognizing my contributions, which makes me feel valued and motivated. - There’s a strong sense of community, and I’ve developed great relationships within the company.

      Cons

      - The biggest drawback is the salary. Despite having taken on more responsibilities over the years, the compensation hasn’t kept up with the level of work I’m doing. - While recognition is great, the pay doesn’t reflect the responsibilities I manage, which can be frustrating. - I believe the company needs to address this issue to retain employees in the long term.

      some good benefits nice managers/supervisors work from home

      pay is low for amount of complaints and extra changes dealt with fast paced calles AI graded metrics, some mistakes by AI go unnoticed health insurance is horrible
