Some friendly people in the office.

Cons

Commissions very hard to hit and when you do hit them they are very low. Micromanagement from bosses and they all joke about how bad the service they provide is.

Cons

pay is low for amount of complaints and extra changes dealt with fast paced calles AI graded metrics, some mistakes by AI go unnoticed health insurance is horrible
