      Pros

      Great people, fun work, PTO, great benefits, 401k, monthly bonuses, annual employee reviews with possibility of pay increase even though the pay is fair and decent. Rent discount on all RM property’s!

      Cons

      Literally nothing! Only thing I can think of is we can’t keep Human Resource director. Other than that I highly recommend :)

      Pros

      They believe in people, and support their employees in all aspects. Health and wellness, mental health and spiritual as well.

      Cons

      They sometimes give too much grace to an employee who is not a good teammate or not doing their job. Allows for disfunction in the team and overall hostile environment.

      Great benefits. Great training. Helpful co-workers. Really feels like you're apart of a great team. I have never felt more appreciated by an employer!!
