Cons
They sometimes give too much grace to an employee who is not a good teammate or not doing their job. Allows for disfunction in the team and overall hostile environment.
Great benefits. Great training. Helpful co-workers. Really feels like you're apart of a great team. I have never felt more appreciated by an employer!!
