Pros

Salary was in line with the market, most people are friendly, depending on what department you are in you will learn interesting things, but likely suffer from burnout. There is progression, but often it goes to who can shout the loudest rather than who is most competent.

Cons

Serious cult-like atmosphere ("don't think work-life balance, think work-life presence" - yikes), incompetent middle and senior management, increasing levels of micromanagement, backwards attitude to working from home. Turnover is *insanely* high, many people are leaving right now. Very few people stay more than a year or so, with management seemingly burying their heads in the sand. Unless this is your first job in infosec then I would avoid.

Cons

Fast paced work environment but that's what makes it exciting

Pros

They hire great people. Good for a resume bullet at least.

Cons

Where to begin? Low pay, high workload, very poor leadership. They expect a “mindset” coach to make you accept working unreasonable hours. It’s laughable that mindset is relegated to YouTube videos of highly paid athletes… cool comparison. Did I mention poor leadership that is always tracking your badging in and out of the building? 100 percent in office to take Teams calls from your desk. For a company that states “no show dogs” they put a lot of effort into making everything shiny but in reality it’s not great tech. Customers constantly upset, corporate asks you to astroturf glass door. Hence why you see some really polished positive reviews. Completely ran by a good ole boy system where if you are a frat bro or sorority gal, you are given beneficial treatment. Total disregard for personal life. A lot of folks put a smile on but are secretly looking for another opportunity, though if they find out you are even thinking of a new job, they fire you. It used to be a great place to work, corporate greed seems to have taken hold the past 5 years and it’s obvious. They make conditions miserable enough that people leave on their own volition so the company can say that they haven’t laid anyone off ever. The cultish vibe is offputting. As well.
