Great Company with a Great Reputation, but Very Poor Senior Corporate Leadership - Anonymous employee Related Employee Review

Absolutely no work life balance. Condescending and aggressive senior corporate leadership. Unrealistic goals and high demands with no support. Promotion of Company values that truly mean nothing to senior corporate leadership, as they themselves do not lead by example in this area and actually do the opposite when they think no one is looking. Senior corporate leadership that is sadly two faced. Sites that are expected to perform at high levels with no money to actually meet the high expectations or make a difference at their site. Lack of effective hands on training or leaders at the senior corporate level that truly know how sites operate, but continue to make decisions that ultimately make the site level teams jobs harder. Too many conference calls or WebEx's to the point that you truly cannot get work accomplished in a work day as you are on one WebEx or conference call after another, but then are scolded for not making improvements at your site. It's not about what you know at this company, but who you know.
