I Interviewed with a Recruiter, then I interviewed in person with GM and Compliance, finally an interview with Compliance and Regional Manager. The interview process took just over two weeks.

Extremely long interview process. 5 interviews over the span of 2 months for a leasing agent position is absurd. I even had to meet with the Director of Marketing, a completely separate department from leasing or operations. Although they are a reputable company, they appear to be disorganized internally and have an air of superiority.
