      Pros

      Regeneron is (or was during my time) a science-focused company that cares about its employees and respects good science.

      Cons

      By the time I left, Regeneron was going through some minor growing pains due to a tremendous amount of growth. I think they will perpetually have a shortage of office space in the short-mid term because of this. Also, the salaries were slightly below market rate, and Westchester county is a pricy area.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexibility of work hours.

      Cons

      If you're in the wrong group, it's a struggle to get autonomy even when you ask for more oversight of a group or project because micromanaging is an issue. I feel trapped where I am and growth has been stagnant. They also hold a mistake against you for years. Management afraid to give constructive criticism.
