If you go try to discuss your future here, you will be told that there are far too many other high priority things the HR is busy with or you will be asked to find your opportunities inside or outside the company. - The company is playing catchup without a clear plan. They want to accomplish everything all at once. The Management is trying to accomplish too many initiatives without caring about how well they are implemented. - Extremely stressful environment with little respect for people. - Average benefits with low pay. The company feels that they are not in NYC, so they can get away with lower salaries. Beware and please note that the location has high cost of living.
