Pros

Vacation policy Good Health Coverage Onsite Gym

Cons

A lot of them: Politics is one of the most obvious one..I will suggest never join FDG group....Even managers ask not to share project plans, details and/or update with any other co-workers...Even thought the manager makes mistakes they will find the way to balm to people under them in FDG... Educational discrimination you can see all the Tarrytown; PhD individuals think they higher than other and treats the lower educated individual with less respect and do not even think about there prospective.

Pros

Good pay and benefits. Flexibility of work hours.

Cons

If you're in the wrong group, it's a struggle to get autonomy even when you ask for more oversight of a group or project because micromanaging is an issue. I feel trapped where I am and growth has been stagnant. They also hold a mistake against you for years. Management afraid to give constructive criticism.
