      If you have limited skills you can survive for a very long time.

      Cons

      Several employees with limited skills hang around for a very long time. Unprofessional, scared to move into the 21st century. Not many processes for standard business practices. Hard to advise unless you conform to the status quo.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexibility of work hours.

      Cons

      If you're in the wrong group, it's a struggle to get autonomy even when you ask for more oversight of a group or project because micromanaging is an issue. I feel trapped where I am and growth has been stagnant. They also hold a mistake against you for years. Management afraid to give constructive criticism.
