Pros
The culture is unique and friendly plus still very informal. There is plenty of work and it is still small enough one person can have an impact.
Cons
Lots of growth means some chaos. Plus IT is a tough environment - new CIO not typical for culture. Any other department management is friendly and respectful. The IT leadership is great it's just their boss can be hard to please.
