      Pros

      Great Pay out of college. Great Work environment. Great work and life balance. Lots of perks. The shift differentials and bonuses are great.

      Cons

      There are not really any cons other than they are expanding so quickly that management is a little overwhelmed. Will be better once there are an appropriate number of employees.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexibility of work hours.

      Cons

      If you're in the wrong group, it's a struggle to get autonomy even when you ask for more oversight of a group or project because micromanaging is an issue. I feel trapped where I am and growth has been stagnant. They also hold a mistake against you for years. Management afraid to give constructive criticism.
