Pros
Plenty of room for advancement if you do all of the required trainings.
Pretty decent pay.
Ok benefits (not great, but still good)
You get vacation in your bank as you earn it, you do not have to wait for an anniversary.
Somewhat flexible schedule.
Everyone is really friendly and willing to help.
OT is available if you want it, but they have a cap on what is allowed, because they care about your work/life balance
Cons
It is a call center job, you do get callers that talk to you sideways.
It is easy to get a coaching for mistakes, but they really only effect how or when you get promoted.
