Pros
Great people, make some good friends. A lot of people similar age in their mid-twenties which is always a plus. Great job for myself initially because it was my first job out of college and was looking for a decent income and this was a quick fix for that problem.
Cons
Terrible management, under qualified managers who weren't good enough on the phones so they moved up to manage the employees who are on the phones taking inbound calls. Management is never willing to work with you in terms of scheduling even if you've been with the company for a year or more. Awful late night hours depending on what business you are placed. This company will hire anyone which means that they will fire you as well without thinking twice. Does not take two-weeks notice but will instead escort you out of the building if you put in that notice. Very unethical in the sales process, essentially lies to customers but just word it in a way that you can get away with it and really rip off a lot of people who have no idea what they're signing up for. Job security is a 0 on a scale of 0-1000. If you say one word wrong then you will come into work the next day and they will have a box with your things in it and escort you out without warning or giving you a chance to talk about what happened. I resigned from this job for all of the reasons above and more that have not been named. Also, if you are looking for longevity and to start a career this is not the company because they promote from within but it will take years to continue to get promoted and actually get a pay raise. If you initially get promoted from agent to performance manager then you take a pretty significant pay cut. Turnover for employees here is insane as there are numerous people that are fired each day which is why the company hires so many people in a short amount of time constantly. If you like making $10/hr and relying on commission which is not reliable in this company then this is the job for you. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone. Most people stay three months and either quit or are fired. Don't get paid enough to sit around and be a slave for this company when they don't care about their employees at all in the slightest. The company as a whole will be successful because of the unethical sales strategies but working here is like being a slave that can be kicked out at any point without warning and left job less.
