Annual reviews based on overall scored performance dictate your salary but may not land you in the mid-high salary range of your position.

      Pros

      - lot of great experience - work with some great people - incredible experiences

      Cons

It is no longer a startup, and experiences some growing pains from learning how to truly be a large scale company. Comp was low for roles.

      Pros

Decent PTO package; opportunities for career advancement; opportunities to change your career remaining staying at RV, as there are educational programs to make that possible (e.g., coding programs); good corporate discounts

      Cons

Salaries based on market rate in Charlotte, NC, regardless of where you actually live; no sick days; RV advertises its PTO policy as "untracked" or "flexible," which is not the case for employees in several states, including California and Washington; some managers interpret the PTO policy as "unlimited," so your PTO actually depends on who your manager is and what their interpretation of the policy is; "company culture" is actually very culty; attempting a hybrid work environment for a distributed workforce is a logistical nightmare and creates an uneven playing ground for fully remote employees who live and work in areas that don't have RV offices; deeply complex and opaque promotions/raise system, which is tied to the company's equally complex and ever-changing employee review system; "written in pencil" = you might have a new manager/team every six months; prepare to watch a bunch of white women cry over cancel culture during DEI "listening sessions"

      Pros

Call office facility and amenities. Flexible schedule.

      Cons

It’s a telemarketing warehouse where inside sales reps are a dime a dozen. Monotonous.
