I have been working at Red Ventures for several years now, and I absolutely love my job! I thrive in our faced paced, work-hard play-hard environment. After getting settled in for the day, next thing I know, its time to go home already. In addition to a fun place to work, the senior management team is always visible, and they have great ideas and plans to continue to make us even more successful. Also, the benefits are awesome and include: - Excellent medical/dental insurance (company pays almost all of the premium) - 401k with company match - Lots of vacation including the week off between Christmas and New Years
Cons
A common complaint from interview candidates is our stringent long interview process, however I think this is actually a plus for both Red Ventures as well as the candidate. Most candidates that make it through the process stick around for a long time, as there are no surprises once they are hired.
