Pros
Great people at this company, and early carrier people, amazing place to start a carrier. Good pay, but that will vary depending on experience and position. Campus is fantastic, awesome cafeteria options and subsidized too.
Cons
They restructure too often and bounce people around. as soon as you understand a business you jump to a new team and new managers which makes things pretty dang inconsistent. They say its not, but its very much a culture of working too many hours and waiting until the last second to launch literally anything. that may as well be a pillar on the wall [work to the last second].
