Pros
- a good introduction to a niche industry, a good team environment - for the most part, pay commensurate to the work - high energy environment, a fun job in my opinion. - diversity of responsibility, will teach you many skills
Cons
- management issues, an industry with a lot of nepotism and "know somebody" type of connections that put and keep people in jobs they perform poorly at. - a pretty palpable disinterest in much (not all) of upper management in regards to listening to the employees on the floor. bad decisions made as result.
