Interview
Very laid back, I was invited into the conference room. Manager asked my experience, got a sense of the type of person I am (work-wise and personality-wise). Gave me places to take a drug test as well as said they were going to conduct a background check. It was on the spot.. She did not tell me that I got the job... I guess I had to make sure things checked out before she could formally tell me. Super easy though.
