Pros
The product is good for the time being, but our competition is catching up at a rapid pace. We will not be the leading product in the industry for long. Our competition has already been proving they can outperform us.
Cons
Poor work life balance and leadership in Yieldstar and across the organization. We get qualified people in the company and run all the good ones off within a year or two. We end up having to promote the poor performers into Manager, Director and Vice President roles since we don't have a choice. You don't have a chance at getting promoted unless you are wiling to work 60+ hours per week and have no life. Most leaders are not college educated and have very little managerial experience at all. I have friends and family who were interested in working here but they were discouraged from applying after they saw how many hours I had to work and all the negative treatment I received from my managers.
