Lousy - Manager Rank Group Employee Review

This was not a pleasant place to work. Never-ending rounds of redundancies. Loyal hard working employees treated with contempt. Dismal HR support - too much over promotion from within and lack of talent and ideas from outside. People don't speak or ackowledge each other - senior managers ignore you in the corridor. You don't need to work hard and with passion or enthusiasm to do well, just get in with the right people and brown nose.
