I have been working at Rank Group full-time (More than a year)
Very good company to work for, especially considering all the hard work they put towards the people and teams (digital side of the busoness)
With the new european financil crisis (thanks to the exit of the european market) the company is reviewing the size of the offices and cut expenses as much as possible to survive this caos (they are, in the end, an entertainment company....if people have less money, they spend less)
Advice to Management
Take advantage of the people you have, communicate more and make the departments interdependable of each other.
I applied online. I interviewed at Rank Group (Manchester, England (UK)) in November 2015.
The interview was about 30 mins long with questions centered around customer service and "How have you dealt" with "this" situation and some personality questions. Only 2-3 casino/poker related questions.
