      The pay is good after few months experience, the people make the work enjoyable, 4 days on 4 days off rota.

      Cons

      50 minute lunch on 12 hour shifts, more engagement needed between lab staff and managers.

      none. it is a very odd place. if you're an intern it looks good on a resumer as a filler. but as a professinal? don't bother
