- Culture is from the 1960's - Expectation is you work more hours as standard practice - Toxic/Political traits - Managers have told individuals not to help new starters on specific tasks - Training/Handover is minimal - Car Park is for mid manager and above - everyone else has to find parking nearby which is usually gone by half seven - 5 days in office, which is fine, but any WFH requests are scrutinised - Grads/Juniors/TMA/AMA jobs are to copy and paste, no real support from line managers to move them forward as they are too busy - Common practice for jobs to be misleading - Job spec says one thing and when you start you are doing something completely different - Specific perks (car park space) can be taken away if they feel like it - Staff turnover is high, which is no surprise given the above
