The owner puts the fear of god into his employees. Reminding the non-sales roles that they are not 'money generating employees' frequently.
This behaviour only makes upper management even more out for themselves and aggressively protective over their roles...at anyones cost.
The personnel placed in the influential roles at the top have very little leadership experience and professionalism. Often carrying out confidential discussions, loudly, across banks of desks along with immediate gossiping of personnel/reportees from recent meetings held etc
The roles advertised for this company are misleading for all. Especially for graduates. They are promised an end goal of being in leadership yet all end up on a sales desk.
The parking has no structure to it or who has entitlement. 95% of employees have to find parking outside of the company. At a cost and further commuting time.
For the first year in the company, there is no sickness allowance within the contract, i find this very telling about the company - many people leave early. By choice or by force.
This is an ameateur company, pretending to be major. The people who stay, got in early and made their allies to protect their positions.
