Pros

I have been working at the company for over four years, and the positive points are: - A respectful and pleasant place to work; - The company promotes a good work-life balance; - Colleagues are experts in their activities; - The product is amazing and truly a market leader; - The company offers great benefits and salary; - You will have all the necessary tools for your work.

Cons

Negative points: - The company is very rigid in its processes. You are "stuck" within your activities and cannot do more for the company simply because you hear many "no's" when you want to expand your role; - The structure is small with few growth opportunities. You will receive promotions that change nothing but salary and title, making you feel outdated in the job market; - Even though the atmosphere is good and respectful, internal communication and the human resources team are very weak. There is no sense of belonging to the company, and it feels like everyone is there just for a paycheck.

Pros

**this is true for the US market. I cannot speak to any other markets but assume many of the core 'pros' are the same across RTB House.** Re: benefits, competitive pay and outstanding healthcare are table stakes at RTB House; 100% remote (major pro), but there are offices around the globe as well as options for a coworking space membership in many cities for anyone who might prefer a hybrid routine (HR explains in onboarding); your preference for Mac vs. PC to name a few The product is ACTUALLY superior to competition in the market. Why? RTB House has continued to invest in it, push the envelope on whatever is going on in the industry at a given moment, and always lead with driving business outcomes for our clients as our 'North Star.' Leadership is all on the same page, and that vision is cascaded down. It's a rigorous culture and you are expected to work hard. That is a GOOD thing. It's a culture that makes you want to level up. The WFH model doesn't work for companies who don't properly compensate their employees, plan in-person engagements, and overall nurture an atmosphere of "we're here to work really, really hard. We hope you are here to do the same, and because of that, enjoy a flexible and comfortable lifestyle." Re: recruitment process, I kept in touch with the team over ~6 months as there wasn't initially a perfect fit for me in the business when we began talking. Once there was a role that fit my strengths, the process was transparent and efficient, and both sides had opportunity to ensure it was a good match. Onboarding is well organized and the local HR + admin/support teams make themselves available from day one.

Cons

For some, the top-down management from HQ in Poland seems to be frustrating. I imagine this could be particularly true for "middle" management rather than associates (aka individual contributors). With the recent perspective of a company where decisions were just simply NEVER made, I appreciate concrete direction and guidance.
