Pay It's a job Full Schedule Overtime Wide Variety of Programs Coworkers are awesome Lots of experience very quickly Most people who say they dislike this place aren't cut out for call center work. It's easy, and you get paid more than most places that aren't factory work or require a degree.
Cons
No room for advancement unless you don't mind brown nosing Call Center Blues Occasionally unrealistic client expectations inconsistent rule enforcement Most employees feel under valued It really feels like it's just a job, nothing else. Benefits are a joke.
