Pros

Offer attractive Health Care benefit plans Ran a lot of after hours initiatives - fundraisers for charity, exercise challenges etc. Strong remuneration package

Cons

They have handled the transition to WFH/hybrid working model poorly. Poor new-starter onboarding processes - you are not given much assistance when trying to access to company's VPN (I spent two-three weeks just trying to get online). New starter training and supports are poor. There was no client transition period meaning you are left to figure out a lot of bespoke processes yourself while the client expected BAU. Incredibly outdated and clunky internal software systems. (mid 80/90's GUI).

Pros

Opportunities to work on enterprise-scale systems with modern tooling and automation initiatives. Excellent collaboration between infrastructure and incident management teams; vendor coordination is efficient. Competitive compensation and benefits package, including solid health coverage and retirement matching.

Cons

Workload spikes during major incidents can challenge work-life balance, especially when on-call.

Pros

Riverside around WTC is pretty nice

Cons

OMG the worst company I've ever been. There are a lot of small groups inside the department, and most of them are mean and rude.
