      Pros

      Nice offices, great events and parties Very high base salaries

      Cons

      Doesn't take long to get a whiff of the nepotism, cronyism and general incompetence which permeates senior management. CEO has lost the trust of investors and the board, relies on a "kitchen cabinet" of cronies instead of on his staff in the field. A number of these cronies have inflated titles and sense of responsibility. Most of the staff is "B or C players " at best. "A players" don't last long there.

      Overall had a great experience working at R3. My team was really collaborative and the office environment was very positive.
