Pros
I know this is office specific but my supervisor has been great! Listens to any concern I have, has been accommodating with my school schedule, as well as providing feedback. Just keep your head down, follow the rules and do your job and youll be fine.
Cons
Like any where else the pay could be better but its not bad since you get benefits and a 401k
