      Vacation time is great. You get a good amount of time off. Also the severance package they offer is great.

      You cant advance. Management is horrible.

      Paychecks are nice and a few coworkers are great

      Cons

      Management does not care about you, turnover rate is high, benefits are okay. People are rude and talk behind your back. Good place to get belittled and burnt out.
