Pros
I think they treat the business employees okay, just not the lab rats they don't give a damn about. They do have "continuing education" opportunities, and there are programs you can get involved in at work. They do a lot to raise money and give back to the community.
Cons
If you work in the lab part of the company, you can expect to work on Saturdays. You can also expect a lot of overtime, not enough time off, being treated like a middle schooler and not respected at all. Injure yourself? You'll be punished. They do not care about their employees' well being. You can move laterally, and not get paid any more, but it is hard to move up or make more money without staying there forever.
