Work Life balance is pretty bad in PD, be prepared to work on Saturday and Sunday. Lot of partiality on the basis of ethnics (if you are south India, you are very lucky) and office Politics. Poor management and planning from lead, which causes lot of unnecessary load. Career growth is limited as focus is more on deliverables, you will be stuck in one domain. For example if you are PD you will not be given work on STA and vice versa. Lot of problems when asking for leave.
