Good salary, with time as employee grows lot of stock options are also provided Some departments are really good for core research. You can actually file patents Great company to be in semiconductor electronics Rotation policy of allowing to work across multiple teams
Cons
Too large a company, Some departments can get really monotonous. strict deadlines(may be due to severe competition in semiconductor industry), always some work in pipelines
