      Company has high agility. Tight coupling in marketing& product management With Arch/design teams.

      this is good aspect of the company. i do not see cons with this,. yeah a bit improvement of work-life balance by bringing efficiency is always possibe in all companies

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
